Our Cat Cafe is a specialty offering featuring two distinct elements: a cafe serving premium handcrafted beverages and small bites as well as a unique opportunity to interact with exotic cats alongside adoptable cats rescued from high-kill shelters looking for forever homes. 

The Manor Experience is a reservation-based visit to our cat lounges!  We offer a 55-minute window where guests can pet, cuddle up, and enjoy time with residents and adoptable cats in our state-of-the-art, luxury lounges! Your entry fee includes access to both separate areas. Food and beverage are for sale in our cafe area which is accessible to all guests, no admission required. 

Our cafe serves handcrafted hot and cold coffee and tea beverages along with a selection of bakery item standards such as croissants, tarts, danishes, etc.  Seasonal offerings will be on rotation and our menu will continue to evolve, keep an eye out!

Of course, but our residents are our top priority, so their safety, comfort, and health are our primary concern. Children 15 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult. No more than two children under 12 years of age per one adult. Please note children 2 and under are not required to purchase admission. Strictly enforced with no exceptions.

It is highly recommended that you reserve a spot prior to your arrival at the Manor.  We can only accommodate walk-in experiences when we are not operating at full capacity.

We work to ensure all visitors are accommodated and comfortable; we offer a variety of bakery items that include vegetarian/vegan and gluten-free options!

We do not allow personal animals or pets inside.  No outside animals will be permitted inside the lounge, however animals that provide medical assistance will be allowed within the cafe.  As the safety and comfort of our resident cats is our priority, we cannot allow animals of any kind inside the cafe.  For more information, please contact the Manor directly.

We understand the importance of service animals, however they can create stress to the cats inside.  Our priority is to keep our cats safe while maintaining a calm environment for them.  

The ADA provides exemptions for specific environments where service animal could create health or safety concerns within a business.  A service animal's presence could alter the nature of the cat lounges and cause stress, and as such we feel the Manor Experience falls under this exemption.

Service animals are permitted within the cafe itself, but not the cat lounge or for Manor experiences/events.

We are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. 

Our hours of operation will be:

Closed Monday. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday we are open 10AM-6PM, Saturday we are open 10AM-8PM and Sunday 10AM-6PM.

We allow our guests to reschedule using the link in their confirmation email with 24 hours minimum notice. We respectfully request all our guests to be mindful of our no-show policy: we will not be able to provide refunds for lounge experiences in the event the guest does not arrive.  No exceptions. 

The Manor partners with a non-profit 501c3 rescue to provide cats for our adoption center.  All of our adoptable cats are rescues.

The money we receive for our experiences and events - as well as cafe sales, merchandise, and memberships - all go towards maintaining our facility, keeping our cats happy and healthy, supporting local rescues, and to our future sanctuary development.

We are not an intake shelter and therefore not able to accept surrendered animals.  We recommend contacting local no-kill shelters with pictures and medical records in order to receive fast and efficient help or contact sarah@cathavenrescueinc.com to become a foster. Please contact as many shelters as you can when considering surrendering an animal.
